Job Responsibilities

Here, you will become an important part of the patient-centered team. The work is characterized by both planned tasks and quick adjustments when new patients arrive urgently. Therefore, we are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has the ability to maintain structure and a service-oriented mindset even when the pace changes.

As a Medical Secretary here, you will handle standard administrative tasks, including:

• medical documentation and record keeping
• registration and administration
• handling incoming patients and care-related information
• support for various professional categories within healthcare
• coordination and administrative tasks related to the department's daily operations

The work is scheduled during daytime hours, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• is trained as a Medical Secretary/Healthcare Administrator
• has strong administrative skills and can prioritize between different tasks
• enjoys working in a sometimes fast-paced environment
• is flexible and can quickly switch between calm and more intensive situations
• has good collaboration skills and works well with all professional categories
• is service-oriented and interacts professionally with patients, relatives, and colleagues

Experience working in emergency care or intensive care is an advantage.
