We are looking for you who want to be part of developing our preschool. You who are passionate about driving and developing working methods together with other educators and our fantastic children. You who are curious, positive, and flexible, but still appreciate good structure in everyday life.

You will be employed by ULNA Preschools in Alingsås with your current placement at Rådmannens Preschool. It is located in the residential area of Stockslycke, on the ground floor of one of the apartment buildings, in fresh and modern premises. We are close to the forest, large playgrounds, library, city center, etc. At our small preschool with great opportunities, we work as a whole, characterized by close collaboration, community, and participation. By getting to know each other, all educators and children create a safe and inclusive environment where every child has the opportunity to develop according to their needs. We value the children's influence and let their curiosity and ideas form the basis of the teaching. In our working method, children's literature plays a central role, and we work project-based to create joyful learning, exploration, and meaningful contexts for the children. ULNA AB currently operates 16 independent preschools in Sweden. Our ambition is that every child shall develop based on their own prerequisites. We place great emphasis on play as a tool to promote children's learning and development. ULNA stands for Development, Play, Closeness, and Responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To drive the operations forward and develop our working methods together with colleagues, based on children's needs and interests. Responsible for planning, implementing, documenting, evaluating, and analyzing the pedagogical work and pedagogical learning environments based on current regulatory documents. You should have a reflective approach to children's learning and development and be able to challenge yourself and the children in learning. To learn in interaction together with competent children and colleagues. We reflect individually and in work groups during the day; pedagogical documentation is important in our work to make children's learning visible. For help in our systematic quality work, we use UNIKUM as a digital tool.

QUALIFICATIONS

The Swedish Education Act requires licensed preschool teachers to conduct teaching in preschools. In addition to education, we place great emphasis on personal qualities and abilities, such as collaboration and leadership skills.

Employment type: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period

Employment extent: Full-time, 100%

Start date: 2026-08-03, or by agreement
