As a Heroma Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating support, information, and training initiatives for the operation's users of Heroma. You work in a consultative manner and close to the operations to ensure efficient and quality-assured use of the system, while also contributing to the development of new working methods and functions.

We are looking for you who want to work close to operations with support, coordination, and development of the HR system Heroma. As a Heroma Coordinator, you play a key role in guiding managers, HR, and operations regarding issues related to working hours, scheduling, staffing, and system usage.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• providing support, assistance, and information to users in Heroma
• training new users and further educating existing users
• coordinating issues related to scheduling, working hours, staffing, and absence
• administering and managing permissions in the system
• acting as a contact person between the operations and the region-wide administrative organization
• contributing to Region Kalmar County's digitalization and development of working methods within the area.

About you

We are looking for you who have an interest in system support, working time issues, and operational development. You have good digital skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems, working methods, and regulations. Experience working with Heroma or similar systems is meritorious. You thrive in a role where you guide, train, and support others. You have a consultative approach in collaboration with managers, HR, and operations, and value professional treatment in all contacts.

It is positive if you have experience working with scheduling, staffing, or administrative processes related to working time. It is also meritorious if you have knowledge of labor laws and agreements, such as General Provisions (AB), the Working Hours Act, and collective agreements.

As a person, you are structured and analytical. You work well with other people and relate to them in a listening and smooth manner. You have a good ability to prioritize, solve problems, and adapt your working methods based on the needs of the operations. The role also requires pedagogical skills and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. You are curious and want to develop in your professional role. By putting knowledge into practical action, you contribute to development, learning, and improved working methods. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The HR unit within the Health and Medical Care Administration at Västervik Hospital is part of the joint administrative HR organization whose mission is to provide support and service to the three hospitals in the county as well as the Diagnostic Center.
