Job Description
Background & Assignment Description

A business unit has an increased need for support in process work and is therefore looking for a consultant resource to strengthen the team for a limited period. The consultant will work in one or more parallel assignments within the organization.

The role involves responsibility for planning, driving, and executing process-related activities in close collaboration with stakeholders, project managers, development teams, and other relevant parties. The goal is to ensure that the process work meets the business's needs and follows established frameworks and ways of working.

Responsibilities
The resource will primarily work with process development. The assignment may cover the following areas:

  • Process modeling
  • Mapping of processes in the current state and desired state
  • Development of new processes
  • Revision and improvement of existing processes
  • Establishment and implementation of processes
  • Training initiatives within process methodology
  • Documentation of methods and ways of working
  • Planning and conducting workshops
  • Change management related to process implementation

Requirements:

  1. Completed university education as an engineer, economist, or computer/system scientist.
  2. At least 10 years of experience working with process and business development as the main task in larger organizations (more than 500 employees).
  3. At least 5 years of experience from the last 10 years of leading and driving process development, including: collecting and handling requirements in assignments, developing, revising, and implementing processes, working with process mapping and analysis for current and desired states, and change management related to processes.
  4. At least 5 years of experience in planning, facilitating, and conducting workshops.
  5. At least 5 years of experience in collecting information and data from internal and external stakeholders.
  6. At least 3 years of experience working with process modeling in both Astrakan and Sparx EA.
