Do you want to take on a key role in an international and fast-growing fintech organization? We are now looking for an experienced Group Accounting Manager for an exciting consulting assignment with a global player operating across multiple markets.

As Group Accounting Manager, you will become an important part of the global finance team and report to the Group Financial Controller. The role involves overall responsibility for group consolidation, financial reporting, and the improvement of processes and systems.

You will also be involved in development projects related to automation, system upgrades, and the integration of new companies.

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual group accounts

• Ensure correct group consolidation and financial reporting

• Handle reporting in accordance with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards

• Coordinate reporting processes between different subsidiaries and business units

• Analyze balance sheets, cash flows, and income statements

• Participate in the preparation of management reports and board materials

• Ensure high quality in accounting and account reconciliations

• Be involved in external and internal audits

• Contribute financial analysis and insights to management

• Drive improvements in processes and internal controls

• Drive projects related to consolidation systems and reporting tools

• Evaluate and implement new solutions for efficiency and automation

• Support the integration of acquired companies

• Academic degree in economics/accounting

• Authorization or qualified degree such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent

• At least 8 years of experience in accounting, reporting, and group consolidation

• Previous experience from Big 4 or a similar international environment

• Very good knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and/or Swedish GAAP

• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation

• Good system proficiency, preferably in ERP systems such as NetSuite

• Advanced skills in Excel

• Experience with Aaro is highly meritorious
