As a Team Leader IT Support, you will become a key person in our internal IT team. You will have process responsibility for our critical support process, and your main task will be to ensure the best possible system support for the business.
You will have no direct personnel responsibility, but you will lead the functional work and collaborate closely with our system specialists. You are the fixed resource and hub of the support team, ensuring that we work according to our processes. To assist you, we have system specialists who rotate into support as needed, dividing their time between support cases, projects, and development. Part of your role is to work together with the IT Manager to ensure that the support team is correctly staffed at all times to provide the business with sharp and efficient support.

Responsibilities
In the role of Team Leader IT Support, you handle a wide range of tasks, from operational problem-solving to ensuring the structure of our delivery. You act as a bridge between the business and IT, with a specific focus on optimizing our support operations. This means you will:
- Act as a fixed point in support: Provide IT support for the business's core systems and resolve cases together with the system specialists scheduled for support on any given day.
- Plan staffing: Ensure that support is adequately staffed by managing the daily flow and coordinating the rotation of system specialists between support and projects.
- Drive processes: Ensure that the team follows common processes and monitor and analyze KPIs.
- Problem Solving & Analysis: Identify and investigate recurring problems in our systems and propose long-term solutions.
- Reporting: Generate statistics and decision-making materials, document system changes, and specify requirements for external vendors.
We are looking for someone who
- Has relevant post-secondary education in IT, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
- Has extensive experience working with ERP systems and business-oriented support.
- Has experience in a coordinating role (e.g., Team Lead, Coordinator, or Incident Manager) within IT support.
- Has the ability to work with SQL tools for data management and reporting.
- Has good knowledge of BI systems and experience in creating analyses.
- Has good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience with support and administration of Infor M3.
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks for IT service.

You are analytical and proactive, motivated by investigating problems in depth.
