We provide standard reception services, including a youth clinic, as well as ward services with 16 care beds. Our basic unit also includes the clinics in Sorsele and Tärnaby. In Storuman, there is also the Center for Health in Rural Areas, which conducts development and research work focused on medical interventions in rural settings. Job Responsibilities

As a counselor with us, you contribute to taking good care of others and helping people feel better.

You support and develop people at all stages of life. You work both independently and in teams, conducting assessments, investigations, and treatment under supervision.

You work with psychosocial treatment both individually and in groups. You assess, investigate, and treat mild to moderate mental health issues. You work individually with assessments and treatment interventions, but you also work in teams around the patient together with other professions at the clinic.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker and have education in and/or experience with CBT Step 1. It is meritorious if you are educated as a healthcare counselor.

You are flexible, have good teamwork skills, and can work independently. You are positive towards change and actively contribute to a good work environment.

You have a driver's license as travel may occur in the work.
