About the role

We are now looking for a Finance Assistant for an international company with an office in Linköping. The need is immediate, so we are looking for you who are available for a quick start.

You will become part of an engaged and close-knit finance team that works with customer invoicing, supplier invoices, accounts receivable/payable, and credit assessment for several companies within the group.

The role focuses heavily on invoicing and financial administration, where you are responsible for ensuring efficient and correct flows within both customer and supplier accounts. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer invoicing and ensure correct invoice flows
  • Register, check, and manage supplier invoices
  • Follow up on payments and manage reminders
  • Work with customer and supplier accounts
  • Perform account and bank reconciliations
  • Conduct credit assessments for new and existing customers
  • Contribute to the improvement and efficiency of financial processes

We are looking for you who

  • Have post-secondary education in finance or relevant work experience
  • Have experience with invoicing and work in customer or supplier accounts
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
  • Have good computer skills and experience with financial systems
  • Are available for an immediate start

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in international finance
  • Experience with larger business or financial systems
