Your Responsibilities

We work from a motivational approach, focusing on maintaining and improving the individual's own abilities. The work is characterized by a social perspective where the individual's needs are at the center. In our work, we support individuals with everything in their daily lives, such as personal hygiene, activities, household chores, all based on the individual's needs. Since we work with social documentation, it is important that you can express yourself both in writing and verbally in Swedish.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you with relevant education to work with people with disabilities. We want you to have previous work experience in the field, and if you have experience working with people with autism diagnoses, this is an advantage.

The position requires that you have good self-awareness and are confident in yourself. We place great emphasis on good cooperation skills and empathy. It is also important that you can work independently and that you are flexible in your working methods. We want you to have a genuine interest in people and the ability to see solutions and opportunities.
