Are you sharp on administration and want to work in an organization that develops smart solutions for increased societal benefit and competitiveness? We are now looking for a Project Coordinator for the Swedish Institute for Standards (SIS).

Responsibilities

A standardization project goes through different phases that require good administration and communication. All participants in the project must be given the right conditions to participate and contribute input to the standardization work – and here you play a very important role.

As a Project Coordinator, you contribute to a well-functioning standardization process and are responsible for document management and certain communication with participants in the standardization process. You will work in a team together with project managers and participants in both national and international projects. In the role of Project Coordinator, you administer different phases of the project, for example, registration and review of information, compilation of documentation, and communication with participants. Furthermore, you will plan, coordinate, and participate in meetings and seminars as needed.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have at least a high school diploma and experience in a similar coordinating role. You thrive in and have several years of experience in administrative work in a varied and fast-paced daily routine.

As a Project Coordinator, you have many national as well as international contacts, which requires that you can express yourself orally and in writing in both Swedish and English. Furthermore, you are responsible and customer-oriented, you can adapt to different situations, and have a solution-oriented mindset. We also see that you have experience in project work in some form and an understanding of rule-based processes.

Order and structure come naturally to you, and as a person, you are unpretentious and flexible in your work.

This is a consulting assignment starting immediately and expected to run until the turn of the year.
