Bifrost Preschool has been operating since autumn 2024 and has 13 departments. We are a literature-profiled preschool, which means we work with a year-long saga.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a preschool teacher with a professional approach and the child's best interest in focus.

We are looking for you who, in your professional role, put the child's best interest at the center and have a professional and responsible approach. You have the ability to work development-oriented and lead the education together with colleagues based on current regulatory documents and the operation's goals.

As a preschool teacher, you actively participate in pedagogical networks where reflection, analysis, and experience exchange between departments and units are a natural part of systematic quality work.

We are looking for a flexible and collaboration-oriented person who sees opportunities rather than obstacles. You have a good manner of dealing with people and are engaged in creating and maintaining trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You have the ability to see and confirm both the individual child's and the children's group's unique competencies and place great importance on offering a secure, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as a preschool teacher. To thrive with us, you need to be driven with a positive attitude towards operational development. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, where qualities such as a good approach and a large portion of curiosity are important. You take responsibility for your and the joint work tasks. You must have good cooperation skills, be receptive and good at communicating, while also having the ability to get others with you in the strive to jointly achieve set goals.

Your ability to explain problems and information to different recipients and from different perspectives is good in both speech and writing.
