The client is a 37-year-old man who still has a childlike spirit. You will assist him in his daily life, meaning you will support him in what he can do and help him with what he cannot.

As a personal assistant, you are the primary tool for enabling a life on his own terms.

The assistance is provided around the clock, with on-call sleeping shifts at the client's residence.

You accompany him in everything that happens and assist him wherever he is – at home, at work, at the swimming pool, or on outdoor excursions. For some hours, two assistants work simultaneously, especially during activities outside the home – for example, go-karting, swimming, visiting the zoo, and boat trips.

Your work schedule is flexible, providing ample space for leisure and recovery.

The client's disability means he communicates in a unique way – you are his interpreter to the outside world, so you must have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

There are no physically heavy tasks involved; your age or gender does not matter.

No prior qualifications are required, but experience in personal assistance and/or autism is certainly an advantage.

A valid driver's license is a requirement as a key task is driving the client's car.

The position is a scheduled employment of 29.5 hours/week, starting in August 2026.
