Considering Bofinc, housing support, and energy efficiency, we are now looking for a case worker for housing support. The position is located at the Social Development Unit within the business area of urban planning and housing. The unit also has competence in cultural heritage and climate and energy. We process various state grants, for example, for energy efficiency in single-family homes, and follow up on previous investment grants for rental apartments as well as energy efficiency in multi-family housing. The position is part of a small work group that focuses specifically on housing support and supervision. The work climate in the unit is open and accommodating.

Job Responsibilities

Common tasks include:

• Transfer of documents between case management systems
• Processing of energy and housing support
• Diary registration and archiving
• Other tasks related to the unit may also occur

We are looking for you who can work with transferring documents between the case management systems Bofinc and Platina. The tasks for this position are primarily administrative in nature, but processing grants for energy efficiency in single-family homes may also become relevant.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have post-secondary education in economics, urban planning, law, or other education that the employer deems relevant
• Have good ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish

We consider it meritorious if you also have:

• Experience of processing in public administration
• Experience with the case management systems Platina and Bofinc
• Experience in support case handling

Conditions

The position is a fixed-term appointment for 8 months, with a possible opportunity for extension.
