About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you will be the link between our users and our products. You are responsible for ensuring that our customers get the best possible start and long-term value from our solutions.

You will work closely with our Sales Executive and our development team, reporting directly to the CEO.

You will join a small, highly engaged team where ideas quickly become reality, and where everyone, regardless of role, works closely with our customers. Here, curiosity, user focus, and the desire to constantly improve are highly valued.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Customer Experience: You ensure that new customers get started quickly and use our software in a way that saves time and improves the quality of their daily work.
• Support & Advisory: You help users with software-related questions and guide them on how to best use the features in practice.
• Product Demos & Customer Dialogue: Together with our Sales Executive, you conduct presentations and demos for new customers, demonstrating how our solutions create clear user value.
• Feedback to Product Development: You capture users' needs, ideas, and challenges and relay them to the development team to contribute to continuous improvements.

Who are we looking for?

This role is perfect for you if you thrive at the intersection of auditing, customer relations, and technology. You likely have a few years of experience working at an audit firm where your interest in automating and streamlining processes was sparked. The right person is also attracted by the opportunity to join a company early in its journey and be part of its growth.

We believe you have:

• Post-secondary education in economics or business.
• Experience from an audit or accounting firm.
• An understanding of how audit processes work in practice.
• An interest in technology and digital working methods.
• The ability to explain complex functions in a simple and pedagogical way.
• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken).
