About the role

This is not a classic "sit and book invoices" role. We are looking for someone who is confident in more advanced AP/AR processes and thrives with responsibility, problem-solving, and a high tempo.

You will primarily work with:

• Management of supplier and customer ledgers
• Reconciliations and analyses
• Payment flows and cash management
• Reminders, collections, and customer communication
• Process optimization and improvement
• Support in month-end closing
• Collaboration with finance, procurement, and operations

We believe you:

• Have experience in AP/AR and feel confident in complex workflows
• Are self-motivated and enjoy taking initiative
• Thrive in a fast-changing and dynamic company
• Are solution-oriented and unpretentious
• Enjoy retail, e-commerce, or companies with a high tempo
• Are system-savvy and have preferably worked with large ERP systems
