At Hagvidson Nyponlunden, we work according to the guiding principles of safety, participation, and joy. We want everyone working at our preschool to share a common pedagogical view of children, placing the individual child at the center of our attention. Through collegial learning, we create a shared understanding of our mission based on the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum for preschool. Our preschool has three departments with three work teams: The Explorers, The Adventurers, and The Investigators. To create high-quality and meaningful learning situations, the different departments are divided into smaller groups throughout the day.

HAGVIDSON is an expanding company with currently 21 preschools, each with creative staff and principals. We offer you a position in a company that values a good working environment, high pedagogical density, and consciously works with small child groups.

Hagvidson Nyponlunden is located in a large red house in the middle of the residential area Nyponlunden. The preschool has a large yard with good topography, hilly terrain, large open spaces, and proximity to the forest.

Qualifications:

As a person, you are secure and engaged. You see the big picture and can adapt to needs and situations. You are proactive, a good listener, and invite interaction in the daily meetings between children, colleagues, and guardians. You enjoy working both indoors and outdoors in all seasons. You can work both individually and in groups. We look for someone who can lead with a focus on the curriculum. You have strong drive to keep the pedagogical environment alive and understand the importance of good documentation of activities at both group and individual levels.

Other Information

According to the Swedish Education Act, a certificate of no criminal record (extract from the police register) is required before employment in preschools, schools, and school-age education.
