In this role, you will be part of a project to implement a new service contract for a client. We are looking for you who have a technical background and experience in property management and operations to document current working methods as part of the implementation of the new service contract. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and will last for approximately 6 months.

About the Role

In this assignment, you will work as a sub-project manager for the implementation of a new service agreement within property management, with a focus on elevators. Your area of responsibility will be SMAK – Safety, Environment, Working Environment, and Quality.

Your main task is to document the client's current working methods and create a SMAK plan.

A part of the work involves arranging workshops to map existing working methods and identify needs.

You will work with a group that possesses strong technical knowledge and is well-versed in current routines, such as operations managers. Your task is to document the knowledge and processes for all parts of the contract.

You will be responsible for leading meetings, such as weekly check-ins with your internal work group, deadline meetings, and external meetings with the client's representatives. You will also lead workshops and potential training sessions on specialized topics together with experts.

Your Background, Experience, and Competence

You are the right fit for this role if you have good knowledge and experience of project management, which means relevant education and 1–3 years of experience in similar work.

You should have knowledge of SMAK (Safety, Environment, Working Environment, and Quality) and experience in creating SMAK plans previously, as well as an understanding of the SMAK plan's role in operational contracts.

Experience with management systems and process mapping, preferably from property or operational contracts, is advantageous.

As a person, you are driven, communicative, responsible, and structured. You are goal-oriented and have a good ability to meet deadlines. In this role, it is important that you can meet different people in various roles and adapt your communication regardless of whether you are meeting a technician or client representatives.

You should have a good ability to handle and create documentation and express yourself clearly in writing.

Experience within property management or similar operations/industry is advantageous.

What We Offer

You are offered a fixed-term assignment starting as soon as possible until November 30, 2026. The scope is assessed to be full-time (100%), but a lower scope may be considered.

You will be employed by Jurek but hired out to our client and fully dedicated to working in the project.
