About the Role

As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both an ambassador, an inspirer, and an energy spreader. Your task is to convey the joy of training, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW feeling that makes them eager to return.

You should feel confident taking up space, sharing yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.

We offer you:

• Training in the concept – we cover the cost!
• A fixed class/week (or more!)
• A workplace filled with engagement, development, and joy of exercise!

We are looking for someone who can:

• Lead 1–2 fixed classes per week
• Be available mornings, days, evenings, or weekends (depending on needs)

Who are you?

You do not need to be a certified instructor beforehand – we will train you! The most important thing is that you:

• Have a passion for group fitness and exercise in general
• Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others
• Have personal charisma, energy, and a positive attitude
• Are reliable, engaged, and want to develop with us
