Personal Assistant sought for active man in Alvik (Bromma)

I am a 40-year-old man with mobility impairments living in my own apartment in Alvik, Bromma. I am now looking for hourly employed personal assistants who want to become an important part of my daily life.

About me

I am partially ambulatory and have speech difficulties, but communication works well once you get to know me. As support, I use Bliss symbols as well as technical aids such as mobile phones, iPads, and speech computers. If you have an interest and patience to help me further develop my communication, that is a big plus.

I lead an active and social life, enjoy meeting friends, and participate in various activities. Exercise is an important part of my daily life – I regularly go to the gym and swim.

Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will among other things:

• Help with personal care
• Provide support in communication
• Assist with household chores
• Accompany to activities, exercise, and social gatherings

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a non-smoker
• Is social, receptive, and patient
• Is between 30–45 years of age
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish

Working Hours

The work is performed according to a rolling 4-week schedule and includes 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call duty at night.

We hold regular assistant meetings where you are given the opportunity to influence your schedule.
