Responsibilities

Your duties will take place within children's groups. You will actively participate in planning and implementing daily activities in accordance with the Swedish Preschool Curriculum (Lpfö 18, revised 2025). We draw inspiration from Reggio Emilia and other pedagogical models.

To offer the best possible development, we utilize both modern pedagogy and technology. We are a preschool engaged in the local community and work in close collaboration with families. Our goal is to give children courage, self-confidence, the right knowledge, and competence to achieve their dreams.

As an Early Childhood Educator (Barnskötare) at Preschool Blåsippan, you will be actively present among the children alongside other educators, focusing on creating good conditions for play and learning. At Blåsippan, good relationships between everyone who meets at the preschool are highly valued.

Education and Qualifications

• We are looking for you who have an Early Childhood Educator degree or a corresponding education focused on children.
• As a person, you are secure, stable, and have good self-awareness. You meet parents, even those visiting the preschool for the first time, with sensitivity and understanding.
• Flexibility, the ability to see opportunities, and the ability to contribute ideas and suggestions that improve the operations are important in this role.
• You can work individually and together with others to efficiently reach common goals. Preschool Blåsippan strives for and values diversity.
