About the Role

In this role, you will be part of the finance team and work with customer accounts receivable and invoice management. You will handle large volumes of invoices and have numerous contact points, both internally and externally. This role is ideal for someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and thrives in a communicative role where initiative is highly valued.

You will be offered a varied position in a high-tempo operation with a strong focus on development. The client is located in modern offices in Solna, with the possibility of working from home approximately 1–2 days per week.

The assignment starts immediately and initially runs for approximately 1 year, with good opportunities for extension and permanent placement.

Responsibilities

As an Economics Assistant, you will handle large volumes of customer invoices and ensure that payments match the agreements. You will belong to the Site Management department and have many contact points, requiring a proactive and attentive attitude.

  • Handle and administer invoices in SAP
  • Follow up on payments and ensure invoices match agreements
  • Maintain ongoing contact with customers and collection agencies via phone and email
  • Manage numerous internal and external contact points
  • Participate in developing and improving administrative routines
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a high school or university education in economics
  • Has good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
  • Can proactively handle numerous contact points
  • Is attentive and not afraid to take the initiative in communication
  • Has a positive attitude and good teamwork skills
  • Is tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
  • Is unpretentious and solution-oriented

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in similar work
  • Experience with business systems such as SAP
