About the Role

As Finance Manager at Ohlssons Tyger, you will have a central and important role in the business, responsible for the company's entire financial function. You will work both operationally and strategically to ensure stable financial management while serving as a close support to the management team on financial matters.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting, including payroll administration
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity monitoring
• VAT, tax, and authority reporting
• Accounts receivable and payable management
• Preparation of financial reports, analyses, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Contact with banks, auditors, and external partners
• Development and efficiency improvements of financial routines and processes
• Supporting management in business and financial decisions

The role is broad and autonomous, meaning you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and contribute improvement proposals in a business with short decision-making paths.

About You

We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in economics and several years of experience in qualified financial work. You have good knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and financial follow-up, and feel confident in independently driving the financial function forward.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in independent financial work
• Experience with financial statements, budgeting, financial reporting, and some payroll administration
• Good knowledge of Swedish accounting and tax regulations
• Very good system competence and good skills in Excel
• Ability to analyze figures and convert them into business insights

As a person, you are structured, detail-oriented, and responsible. You thrive in a role where you can combine a focus on details with a holistic perspective and find it easy to collaborate with different parts of the organization. Furthermore, you are self-motivated, unpretentious, and have a natural drive to create order, efficiency, and quality.
