Do you want to be part of developing a new working method that makes a real difference for people in vulnerable situations? We are now looking for two social secretaries who, together with colleagues, work to prevent evictions.

You will belong to the Adult Investigation Department at the Social Services Administration. The investigation team is tasked with investigating, making decisions, and following up on decided measures, primarily in cases concerning harmful substance use and addiction, social contracts, and domestic violence, in accordance with current legislation. You will work to prevent evictions in close collaboration internally and externally, with for example landlords, the Swedish Enforcement Authority, budget and debt counselors, as well as other parts of the Social Services Administration.

The project aims to develop and implement sustainable working methods to prevent evictions, strengthen collaboration, and ensure that individuals receive the right support at the right time. The assignment includes working together with colleagues on early and preventive measures with the goal of reducing the number of evictions while simultaneously promoting the ability to remain in one's home. Your role involves offering individualized support, which takes the form of telephone counseling, receiving visits at the social office, home visits, as well as some practical and motivational support in the home.

The position is a project employment, with the hope that the assignment will become permanent. Start date is by agreement. Working hours are full-time, daytime.

Personal suitability is of great importance. Experience from similar assignments is particularly meritorious.

Qualifications

• Social worker (socionom) or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• A B-driver's license is a requirement for the position as driving is included in the duties.
