ABOUT THE POSITION

At Aktiv Assistans, we are currently looking for a personal assistant for our client in Umeå. The position is a permanent part-time role at 75%, with working hours scheduled during the day and evening, including weekdays and weekends.

Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer if you could begin your introduction shortly.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is an active woman living in central Umeå. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of her life and home. Your main task is to provide the support needed to create a safe, independent, and active lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores and cooking
• Assistance with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
• Help and support with mobility/transfers
• Support with exercise
• Leisure activities and social activities

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Employment level: 1 permanent position at 75%, starting as soon as possible.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Aktiv Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
