We are now looking for an engaged project manager who primarily wants to work with the preparedness of social services and healthcare. The employment will also include other projects and assignments.

About the assignment

As a project manager, you are responsible for planning and coordinating so that operations within social services and healthcare can be maintained during heightened readiness. The assignment consists of both strategic and operational work and takes place in close collaboration with managers and operations.

You will work based on instructions regarding the city grant and contribute to integrating preparedness and continuity work into regular operations. You will also be responsible for budget, documentation, follow-up, and reporting.

Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for leading and coordinating training and exercises within civil defense and preparedness to ensure a high and relevant capability within the organization. The work involves developing, implementing, and following up on plans for continuity, crisis management, and civil defense, as well as providing support to operations within social services and healthcare in various preparedness matters. An important part of the assignment is to collaborate with both internal and external actors, such as other departments, authorities, regions, and municipalities, to create a coordinated and efficient preparedness. Furthermore, it includes planning and conducting training, exercises, and workshops adapted to the needs of the operations, as well as reporting to the management group and board and contributing with materials for decisions.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that you have relevant education or experience that the employer considers equivalent. You express yourself well both orally and in writing in Swedish. You are confident in leading processes and have an easy time creating engagement in others.
