About the job

That said, we are a small team and may therefore need to support and help each other within areas such as children and youth, economic assistance, adult cases, and/or family law cases. This means you will have a varied job where no day is like the other.

You work with authority enforcement according to the Social Services Act (SoL), the Care of Young Persons Act (LVU), and the Care of Abusers Act (LVM) – but with Malå's warm heart behind you.

Who are you?

You have a degree in social work (or equivalent education) and preferably experience from social services and authority enforcement. If you also know what BBIC and LifeCare mean without needing to Google it – extra applause for you!

As a person, you are structured but not rigid, independent but enjoy teamwork, patient but quick when needed, and a master at both listening and formulating yourself clearly.

And yes – a driver's license is required, we promise it is worth driving through Lapland's most beautiful scenery.
