General tasks and responsibilities:

• Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and chats.
• Customer service via phone and chat.
• Sales and upselling.

Who are you?

• You are skilled at communicating both verbally and in writing.
• You are fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written.
• You have at least a high school education, preferably with a focus on economics.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are passionate about customer relations and always strive to provide first-class service. You gain and give energy in interactions with others, are a team player who also enjoys taking initiative. You possess a mix of confidence and humility, along with flexibility, enabling you to make decisions that benefit all parties involved. You are communicative, quality-conscious, have a positive attitude, and are accustomed to working at a high pace towards set goals. You have an eye for detail and are solution- and opportunity-oriented.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time (40 hours/week). A 6-month probationary period applies.
