Your role: You give good leadership a face!

As an Area Manager, you are a very important part of the good leadership within our company. You have overall responsibility for the personnel in your area, for employee engagement, well-being, and work. You handle scheduling, staffing, and schedule optimization, making you a key person in the daily lives of our employees. Quality and customer satisfaction are two of our cornerstones, and your work revolves largely around daily operations to ensure just that: quality, happy customers, and good results according to the business plan's goals. Employees who are happy and do a good job are, of course, a prerequisite, and you work actively with recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring efficient staffing in collaboration with your colleagues. You are a significant culture carrier who promotes good cooperation, and you actively contribute to the development of the office and the business. Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop employees in your own team. Everyone should enjoy working at our workplace!
  • Drive profitability and lead efficient staffing planning and schedule optimization, including handling temporary staff, in collaboration with colleagues at the office.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the office and the business.
  • Plan and follow up on quality monitoring and quality control work.
  • Recruitment and administration regarding employment and termination.
  • Payroll and time reporting.
  • Handle daily personnel matters as well as development and salary discussions.

What is your personality like?

We are looking for you who have previous experience in leadership, administrative work, and service down to your fingertips. You enjoy working with people, and thanks to your inclusive and respectful nature, people enjoy working with you. Problems are meant to be solved, you think, and you gladly take initiative and always take responsibility. You work actively and engaged to achieve good results and create a healthy and engaged team. You are comfortable handling different tasks simultaneously, and you can quickly pivot when the situation requires it — of course without compromising on quality. You like it when things are happening! Your driving force is likely the desire to develop others, and your great interest in people.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Documented good experience in leading and distributing work in teams.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Good collaboration and communication skills.
  • A burning interest in people, and a natural way of spreading joy around you.
  • Good computer and system skills, preferably experience from Tengella, LIME.
  • Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English in speech and writing.
  • Driver's license.

About the position

As a rule, your working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday. Travel and overnight stays occur mainly in connection with internal training. Your team currently consists of several Team Leaders and Service Assistants for whom you have direct personnel responsibility. You also have support from several office staff, including salespeople, customer support, and your nearest manager. Together, you work to become even – Better Together.

Location: Home office in Värmdö and Solna

Employment: 100%, 6 months probationary period.

Start date: Immediately or as agreed.
