Since 2007, Barnomsorgen i Malmö AB has worked to ensure that the preschool is a safe, educational, and fun place for children, in accordance with the goals set out in the Swedish Preschool Curriculum.

Our pedagogical activities are based on the children's interests, experiences, and needs. Values, sustainable development, and children's influence are central themes in our operations.

We are looking for a qualified Childcare Worker (Barnskötare).

You are expected to be an active participant and take responsibility for the operations, both on your specific unit and for the organization as a whole. As a Childcare Worker, you will work together with other educators to plan, implement, develop, and document pedagogical activities.

You are driven and take initiative, while remaining open-minded and reflective towards the differences you encounter. You are positive, solution-focused, and see opportunities rather than obstacles.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Childcare Worker (Barnskötare).
• Previous experience in preschool settings is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the governing documents that underpin preschool work.
• Ability to lead, participate in, plan, and follow up on pedagogical work.

Your Responsibilities:

You will work at our preschools, translating the preschool curriculum and other governing documents into practical activities together with your team.
