As a teacher, you are engaged, driven, plan and conduct teaching that promotes learning and development in students with full focus on each individual and based on their individual prerequisites. You see language-developing approaches as a matter of course and digital aids both as an asset and a prerequisite for your teaching and your formative assessment work. You document and follow up on development and communicate this with the principal, student, and guardian.
