As a customer service representative at Bonnier, you will work in an energetic workplace surrounded by engaged and knowledgeable colleagues. Your main tasks will be to answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding subscription and invoice inquiries, as well as other matters. You will ask relevant questions to find customer-adapted offers. Working hours vary on weekdays between 08:00–18:00. Sales is a natural part of every call, creating the conditions to tailor customized solutions based on each customer's needs.

At Bonnier, you have the opportunity to develop within sales and the chance to influence your own salary. There is no cap on commission, which means you can earn really well – on top of your base salary! This position offers employment with placement at the office in Östersund.

Have a strong service mindset, are outgoing, want to provide the best possible customer experience, are goal-oriented, and love sales. You are a team player who wants to contribute to positive results and a good atmosphere. You are passionate about solving the customer's needs while keeping a focus on sales. You are honest, humble, and listen to the customer and their needs. You are also a motivating, loyal, and helpful person who supports others and solves problems efficiently.

Overall, you should solve the customer's case in the best possible way and deliver a world-class customer experience.

We want you to meet the following requirements:

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic computer skills
• Passed upper secondary school grades in Swedish A or 1 and English A or 5
• Previous experience in service and sales is considered an advantage

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time employment. We apply a 6-month probation period.

HOURS: Varying during opening hours, Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00
