Your Responsibilities
In the role of Transport Planner, you are a key person in planning and route-optimizing transports for your geographical area, covering both hazardous and non-hazardous waste. You ensure that resources are used efficiently and perform ongoing capacity assessments when conditions change rapidly. You play an important role with many different contact channels, both internally and externally. The role also includes other administrative tasks as you will support and be involved in several different parts of the business, for example:
- Act as backup for our customer service
- Handle incoming customer orders
- Follow-up and verification of completed orders and documentation
- Administer deviations in incoming deliveries
- Some scale administration and order receiving
- Archiving and inventory

- Fixed-term employment starting immediately until week 35. Thereafter, there is some possibility of extension.

To be considered for the position, we see that you have fluent Swedish skills and basic English skills, both spoken and written, hold a B-driver's license, and have good computer skills. It is meritorious if you have previous experience from transport planning within the waste and transport industry, preferably within the environmental and recycling sector.
