About the role

As an IT Support Technician, you become an important part of our clients' service desk. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving and handling support cases via phone, remote control, and sometimes on-site
• Working primarily in a Windows environment, though Mac may also be involved
• Registering cases in case management systems
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and client-specific systems
• Installing programs and peripheral equipment
• Performing basic troubleshooting on servers when needed

Your profile

To thrive in the role of IT Support Technician:

• You are motivated by providing top-class service
• You have at least two years of experience from a service desk
• You are independent, detail-oriented, and social
• You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Requirements

• At least two years of experience working in a service desk
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Experience troubleshooting in Windows and Mac environments
• Basic knowledge of server management (Windows)

Merits

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
