At the Social Services Administration in Enköping Municipality, we work together to help residents of Enköping who are in difficult and vulnerable life situations in various ways.

We have close leadership and are constantly working actively with the development of the organization. As a foundation for our approach, we have chosen motivational interviewing (MI) for those we serve. Part of our leadership structure is that we work in cross-functional teams between departments. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Support Team's task is to investigate, make decisions, and follow up on decided measures within financial assistance. All in accordance with current applicable legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Since we work together in the administration, we are looking for you who have a social work degree.

You should be interested in motivational and change work and have experience of authority exercise within social services. You must be knowledgeable in all social services legislation regarding both children and adults.

Documentation is a large part of the work. You must therefore be able to communicate clearly and have a good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing. It is important that you have good cooperation skills while also being able to work independently and structured. You need to be proactive, responsible, and flexible. It is important that you are calm and can handle stressful situations.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability. Since some driving is included within the scope of the position, a B driver's license is a requirement.
