VFG Utbildning offers upper secondary education, adult education, driving school services, and various commissioned training programs within the transport and construction industries. The company has an annual turnover of approximately 120 million SEK and employs around 100 people. We have locations in Växjö, Karlshamn, and Jönköping. VFG Utbildning is a growing company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and short decision-making paths.

VFG in Karlshamn trains upper secondary students for the truck driving profession and offers adult education (Komvux) in both truck and bus driving. The school has approximately 100 students and participants.

We are currently looking for a Transport Teacher for categories C and CE. Category D is a merit.

We are looking for you who have at least 3 years of professional experience as a truck driver. You must also hold a high school diploma and be interested in further professional development.

Requirements: You must hold a CE driving license. Holding a D license is a merit.

You must have the ability to build and maintain relationships with students and participants.

It is a merit if you have pedagogical competence through education or experience.

Merits include being a qualified vocational teacher with a teaching license specializing in vehicles and transport, as well as experience working with youth from diverse cultural backgrounds.

It is a plus if you have additional pedagogical competence through education and/or experience in our training areas, such as forklifts, wheel loaders, cranes, or similar.

It is also a merit if you have competence in the field of heavy vehicle mechanics.

The role involves planning, conducting, and documenting education at the upper secondary school and adult education center (Komvux), both practically and theoretically.

Other Information

Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis. A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) must be presented before employment. We offer a 6-month probationary period.
