Welcome to the Business Area Psychiatry, Rehab, and Habilitation! Our mission is to offer all residents of Kronoberg County specialized psychiatric care, rehabilitation, and habilitation. Care should be provided in collaboration with other actors within and outside Region Kronoberg, with a coordinated care chain and patient participation in focus. We want to create good conditions for our patients to receive the right care and treatment with the best possible competence.

The Integrated Substance Abuse and Addiction Clinic serves individuals from the age of 16 with defined harmful use and addiction issues regarding alcohol, drugs, medication, doping, or gambling. We meet individuals from primary care, patients with psychiatric comorbidity, and also provide LARO (medication-assisted treatment for opioid dependence). The goal is to offer these individuals the best possible care based on their specific needs, regardless of where they live in the county. Within the clinic, we are co-located with the social services' outpatient care.

We have a well-established interprofessional team at our clinic, and we collaborate well with external actors regarding our patients based on care needs. In our development work, as part of the transition to close-to-home care, you will be an active participant. Here, you will become part of a pleasant work group with an open climate. We care for each other and strive for good treatment within the staff group as well as towards all our patients.

Job Responsibilities

As a counselor at our clinic, you will be an important resource person in our operations. You will conduct assessments and make evaluations (e.g., ASI, UngDOK) and work with motivational work, as well as be a key person in our work with care neighbors. You will work with LARO (investigation and authority contacts) and be involved in work with young people, all in close collaboration with other employees at the clinic.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker, preferably with experience in working with harmful use and addiction. As a person, you are flexible, engaged, patient, and good at seeing opportunities. You enjoy being part of a team but can also work independently and structure your work. You value good treatment in all situations. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with investigations.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
