Project Coordinator for Need Visuals

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator for our client, Need Visuals – a creative agency that helps companies realize their visions through visual solutions. With approximately 20 employees and a team consisting of project managers and specialists, they work closely with their clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Initiative, structure, and a desire to constantly develop working methods and processes are highly valued here.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating structure and flow in projects. You will work closely with the project managers and be responsible for capturing, documenting, and driving information forward – without waiting for instructions. This is an administratively heavy role, perfect for someone who thrives on creating order, structure, and efficient routines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and structure information in the CRM system
• Ensure project data is accurate and up-to-date
• Support project managers in their daily work
• Identify and improve processes and routines
• Handle simpler orders in the future (order receiving/order processing)

About You:

• You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable in an administrative role
• You take initiative and drive work forward
• You have previous experience in administrative roles (meritorious)
• You are computer literate, with proficiency in Excel being a plus
• You have a service-oriented approach

This is primarily not a problem-solving role, but rather a role for you who wants to create structure and clarity in everyday life!

Offer:

• Location: On-site in Järfälla
• Working Hours: Office hours
• Start Date: Flexible
• Driver's License: Required
• Salary: approx. 25,000 – 27,000 SEK
• Wellness Allowance: 2,500 SEK/year
• Vacation: 25 days
• Benefits: Equivalent to collective agreement (incl. ITP1)
