About Us
Höga Liden is an LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) residence for adults with four places, located centrally in Lödöse, Lilla Edet Municipality. In the facility, a team of staff works to ensure our residents have the best possible day, based on their individual needs and wishes. Our target group consists of individuals with diagnoses within the autism spectrum and/or intellectual disabilities.

About the Role
In the role of residential support worker, you base your actions on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you work towards the goal of making the day meaningful and rich in content. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, social contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your duties also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends.

Your Experience and Knowledge
We prefer that you have a high school education in care and nursing or another equivalent education. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is meritorious if you have experience working with our target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, and you always have the best interests of our users as your starting point in everything you do.
