At StudentConsulting, we are currently recruiting Customer Service Agents for our client in Gothenburg! Our client's operations are conducted in close collaboration with both private and public actors across the country. Here, you will find a workplace where collaboration, quality, and development are at the forefront!
As a Customer Service Agent, you will become part of the company's central support function and serve as a key contact point for customers and internal departments. The role involves ensuring that incoming cases are handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling and following up on incoming cases
- Registering and administering various types of assignments
- Communicating with customers via phone and email
- Coordinating and organizing internal efforts
- Handling orders and follow-ups
- Supporting colleagues in their daily work
- Planning and booking various types of assignments
This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for our client, based in Gothenburg. The position is full-time with a start date to be agreed upon.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong social skills and excellent customer service etiquette
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- A completed upper secondary education
- Work experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry
- Good computer and telephone skills

You are confident in making decisions and have a natural drive that leads you to take initiative and ensure tasks are completed. You have a talent for building relationships, both with customers and colleagues, and feel comfortable communicating via both phone and email. Furthermore, you are curious and engaged, willing to ask questions, and eager to find new ways to develop and improve methods and processes. For you, improvement and development are a natural part of daily work.
