Description

Enehagen School is located in central Värnamo, close to forests and open land. Within walking distance, you will find both city amenities and opportunities for a rich outdoor life with an adjacent lake. The school has approximately 270 students distributed across grades Pre-K to 6.

The school has five after-school care departments for ages Pre-K, Grade 1, Grades 2-3, as well as a club for students from Grade 4.

We work for a positive climate where both students and staff feel joy in coming to school and the after-school care, with the goal that Enehagen should be "a school for me".

We focus on both the group and the individual by working with learning environments, adapted learning, and low-affective handling. Working in a team with a holistic approach, as well as flexibility, throughout the student's entire day is seen as a natural part of our work.

Responsibilities

During the school day, you use your competence as an after-school teacher as an extra pedagogical assistant in the classroom – both for the group and the individual. During mornings and afternoons, you are responsible for the pedagogical work and the students' learning at the after-school care center together with the rest of the team.

Qualifications

Teacher certification with a focus on after-school care or an after-school pedagogical education. We are looking for you who are passionate about after-school pedagogy and the mission of the after-school care center, and who want to collaborate closely with colleagues to develop the school's after-school and school activities. You base your work on each student's needs and prerequisites.

Personal suitability is decisive in the appointment of the position.
