We are looking for a secure, responsible, and flexible personal assistant for a man in Örebro.

The position is a needs-based employment with varying working hours. The assignment involves contributing to a functional and meaningful daily life with a focus on security, structure, and independence.

Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will:

• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Perform household chores and cooking
• Accompany on activities, exercise, and errands
• Provide support in daily routines and structure
• Accompany on trips, including abroad, if needed

Working Hours and Setup

The work is primarily performed on an as-needed basis (hourly substitute):

• Working hours are mainly scheduled for mornings and evenings, daytime hours occur less frequently
• The position also involves accompanying on trips occasionally
• During trips, the work may transition to more continuous shifts, equivalent to full-time for a period.
• 👉 Therefore, it is important that you have a flexible lifestyle and can adapt your availability

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a secure and mature person with life experience (preferably around 30–60 years old)
• Is meticulous and appreciates order, structure, and good personal hygiene
• Has a calm and stable personality
• Is sensitive, respectful, and has good social awareness
• Enjoys working closely with another person and building a long-term, personal relationship
• Has high integrity and understands the importance of confidentiality

👉 You should be someone who is easy to get along with in everyday life, as the work relies heavily on interaction and relationship.

👉 Experience in personal assistance or care/elderly care is advantageous.

👉 A driver's license is a plus but not a requirement.

👉 As the work is performed for a man, we prefer male applicants.
