Employment level: Temporary positions and part-time roles.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Aktiv Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal data (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the background check will include both a certificate of no criminal record and a certificate from the suspicion register. The certificate is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.

We recommend that you ensure you have current certificates in accordance with current legislation and the new rules coming into effect on March 1, 2026.
