As a Finance Assistant, you will become an important part of the finance function, working broadly with day-to-day financial tasks. The role is operational and varied, with many contact points both internally and externally.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable

• Invoicing and handling of order flows

• Processing of consolidated invoices

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations at month-end

• Administrative finance work related to daily operations

• Contract management and other financial administration

You will have daily contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues via email and phone. This role suits you if you thrive in an environment where the pace can be high at times, while structure and attention to detail are crucial.

In the long term, there are good opportunities to develop further within accounting and year-end closing, as well as to contribute to the development and improvement of processes and routines within the finance function. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in upcoming system development and change management.

The position is located in Solna, and the work is performed primarily on-site, with some flexibility when needed.

We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career and has a few years of experience in similar finance tasks. You thrive in an operational role where responsibility, structure, and an occasionally high pace are a natural part of everyday life. As a person, you are meticulous and structured, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and adapt easily when conditions change.

Furthermore, you are communicative and service-oriented with a professional attitude towards customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You appreciate collaboration and contribute a positive and non-hierarchical approach to the team. We also believe that you are good at prioritizing and creating structure even on days with varying workloads, and that you are motivated by developing both in your professional role and together with the business.
