Ingaredsskolan is a grades F-6 school with approximately 330 students, located in a beautiful natural setting in the southern part of Alingsås Municipality. In August 2025, we moved into our newly built school. Here, we put the student's learning at the center. Our goal is high-quality teaching, a quiet study environment in the classrooms, and high goal achievement. We build on good relationships and the students' abilities, creating curiosity together. RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you who want to continue developing our after-school program together with colleagues and students into a place where students thrive, are active in their learning, develop their abilities, and feel involved. We would like you to have a focus on music.

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the pedagogical planning of the after-school program, which you implement, evaluate, and follow up on. The task involves creating conditions for learning and development, promoting good social relationships, and encouraging play and positive interaction. You have great opportunities to put your own stamp on the content and test your thoughts and ideas.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are educated and licensed as a teacher in the after-school program.
• Have experience with a collegial working approach.
• Are well-versed in the Swedish National Curriculum for Compulsory School (Lgr 22), formative assessment, and have digital competence.
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in similar assignments and pedagogical work.

To succeed in the role, you have good pedagogical skills and an understanding of people's different conditions for acquiring knowledge. You are communicative, team-oriented, and find it easy to build relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have the ability to see the big picture, view issues from a broader perspective, and see opportunities in changes. Furthermore, we see that you have a reflective and scientific approach to your own teaching and are open to sharing your knowledge.
