ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are currently looking for two personal assistants for our client in Skövde. The positions are approximately 70% and the working hours are scheduled for evenings and every other weekend. There is also an opportunity to work extra as an hourly substitute when needed during other times.

Working hours will be scheduled as follows:

• 16:00 - 22:00
• 09:00 - 22:00 during weekends

We would prefer that you can start immediately and that you enjoy working closely with a person in their daily life. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of creating safety, structure, and quality of life for the client.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a cheerful and social woman in her 60s living in Skövde. She has MS and needs support in her daily life, where you as a personal assistant will become an important part of her daily routine. The work involves helping with what makes daily life run smoothly, while being there as a safe and present support.

You will also accompany her to various activities, both inside and outside the home, contributing to creating a meaningful and rich existence based on her wishes and needs.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for you who are social, outgoing, and receptive in meetings with other people. You find it easy to make contact and contribute with positive energy, while being attentive to the client's needs and adapting your approach accordingly.

You are meticulous and take responsibility for your tasks, with a structured work method and an eye for detail. At the same time, you are proactive and see what needs to be done in daily life without waiting for instructions.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability and chemistry. The client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS

• Not allergic to pets, as there is a cat in the home.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working as a personal assistant.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Kura Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and submit a population registration certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the population registration certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
