We are now looking for an Educational Resource Specialist with a focus on course administration – a key role in supporting our participants in the Professional Driver Training program.

About the role

In this position, you will serve as a close support system for our participants. Your work involves helping participants achieve their goals by tailoring support to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

We work based on individual education plans, meaning the scope and focus of your work will vary. You will encounter various learning challenges, disabilities, reading and writing difficulties, motivation issues, and language barriers (Swedish as a second language).

You will also work closely with the Site Manager and take significant responsibility for course administration. Administrative tasks are an essential and integrated part of the role.

Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in education, preferably with adults. You have a positive attitude and are driven by working with people. Your pedagogical approach is flexible and adapted to the participant's needs.

You are structured, have an administrative mindset, and thrive in organized environments. Additionally, you are accustomed to working in clear structures with short deadlines and have the ability to handle rapid changes.
