We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional for our client in Solna. This is a consultancy assignment through us at The Place, initially for 6 months starting August 3, 2026.

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you work independently with recruitment processes from start to finish. You are responsible for driving and developing efficient ways of working within Talent Acquisition, as well as contributing to the improvement of processes and methods.

You collaborate closely with managers and the business, acting as a support in recruitment matters and contributing your expertise in the field.

Some of your responsibilities

• Drive recruitment processes from start to finish
• Collaborate with managers regarding requirement profiles, selection, and decision-making
• Contribute to the development of recruitment processes, tools, and working methods
• Participate in projects or initiatives related to Talent Acquisition

We are looking for someone who has…

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within Talent Acquisition/recruitment
• Experience in independently driving recruitment processes from start to finish
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholders
• Very good proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
