About the position

We are looking for a personal assistant who can work approximately 85% for a cheerful and social 30-year-old man in Lammhult. He uses a wheelchair and needs support in his daily life. Your tasks will vary and include everything from transfers, personal hygiene, and dressing to household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. It is also important to be there for good conversations and when he asks for help.

During the day, our client works as an administrator, and you will accompany him and assist him with what he needs help with at the workplace. He has a great interest in sports, especially ice hockey, so if you share this interest, it is a plus!

Working hours are scheduled from 08:00 to 16:00 on weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). The working hours can be somewhat flexible depending on preferences.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful daily life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We are looking for someone who is social, sensitive, comfortable in different situations, willing to work, relatively flexible, punctual, tidy, and cheerful. We would like you to have good physical fitness as lifting is involved. A driver's license is required for the position. It is also important that you are not allergic to fur-bearing animals as there are pets in the home. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection.
