Carsmart is now looking for a self-motivated and driven employee for their Fleet Support team!
About the role
Carsmart is a SaaS company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of KGK I Autoexperten. Our business idea is to offer a modern web-based tool to simplify fleet administration for fleet owners. What characterizes Carsmart is a strong team spirit with diverse personalities where everyone has a voice, an open-door policy, and a flat hierarchy. Furthermore, we have short decision-making paths and a constant focus on developing the platform to be the best in the industry. In this role, you will work at the heart of Carsmart's operations and belong to a team of six people. The team plays a central role in contacting both corporate customers and drivers/end-users, handling a large number of cases daily.

You will work standard office hours at Carsmart's airy offices in Sollentuna. You should enjoy working on-site, as this position does not offer remote work options.

Responsibilities
Carsmart is growing rapidly and continuously onboarding new customers, giving you the opportunity to be part of an exciting growth journey where we gradually work to reduce manual tasks and develop working methods and processes. Your responsibilities include:
- Handling cases in the company's case management system
- Handling car orders
- Processing and reviewing invoices
- Administration of company cars and fuel cards
- Daily contact with customers and drivers via email and phone
- Guidance and support on how to use Carsmart's systems and features
- Actively participate in the development of Carsmart's systems as well as the efficiency of administrative processes and routines
We are looking for you who
- Have work experience from an administrative role and experience in customer service via email and phone, preferably in roles such as back-office, customer service, or administrator.
- Have very good computer literacy and knowledge of Excel
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
- Enjoy a guiding role with a high work pace
- Are available to be present 100% on-site during office hours at Carsmart's office in Sollentuna
It is meritorious if you have
- Knowledge of Norwegian
- Experience from the banking sector
- Good understanding of vehicle administration and knowledge of different solutions for company cars and staff cars
- Experience from the leasing or automotive industry
