In Skövde and Trollhättan, there is also authorized service workshops for Lexus.

Now, Lindströms Bil is looking for a driven and analytical person who wants to take an operational role with great responsibility and a clear focus on results.

About the role

In the role as the operational "doer" for the Service Market Manager, you will become a central part of the aftermarket business. You will work closely with management and be responsible for driving follow-up, analysis, and structure regarding the service market's activities and results.

This is a clear "doer-role" where you independently initiate, drive, and deliver – always with the business in focus and ensuring that the operations are conducted according to our values, routines, and quality goals.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Be an operational support in the daily work within the service market.
• Collect, analyze, and report data such as:
• Gross profit per business unit/service.
• Volumes, revenues, and margins.
• KPIs for the service market.
• Prepare decision support materials, reports, and presentations for management.
• Proactively drive and develop the accessories business together with the Service Market Manager.
• Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Ensure structure, quality, and currency in reporting.
• Identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement – and propose actions.
• Collaborate with finance, workshops, and other functions.
• Participate in the Service Managers' group and contribute to the development of the entire service market.

A B-driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both oral and written, are required. Experience with Kabas and Kobra is meritorious.
